Accidental "overdose"?

I started taking phosphorus 1M for anxiety/depression, among other things. I was given this remedy 10 years ago and it worked like a charm, and after doing the online questionnaire it seems that it's still the right fit for me.

However, I accidentally took this too often. I took 4 pilules in the morning, 2 days in a row, and now I feel rather intense. It feels like my body and consciousness are trying to work through something, but it's really emotionally intense and I feel energetically drained.

Originally, when I took phosphorus, I felt way worse for 2-3 days, then I felt an amazing clearing of symptoms after that and there were net benefits. I'm just wondering if maybe that's what I'm going through now, or if I accidentally took too much?

The first time I did this, my homeopathic specialist told me to take it once every 3-4 days. So I obviously just took way too much.

Thoughts? Should I take nux vomica to clear this out?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try to wait it out, or else google aggravation zapper and try
that method. In future , just remember when you take something
wait to see the effects, if there are any, never take more
unless symptoms return.
