Help me please....L5-S1 Disc herniation...
Hello There !!!I've been suffering from lower back pain through my right leg since 1 year.
I've done M.R.I. which has been attached with this.
Doctors have advised me for surgery.
But I'm not ready to go through surgical intervention as this may lead to disability.
Plz help me to go through a proper homeopathy treatment.
My doctor uncle has advised me to take Kali Bich 200 once in a day.

How did this problem start? Was there an injury or even
things like sports related stress? It does not matter how
long ago this was.
Remedies are different depending on the cause.
I would send an email to dr. Showrav about this and see

I have got injured while I was playing cricket. It was at the time when I was about to deliver a ball as a fast bowler.
Suddenly I feel a pain at my right back and then I couldn't even stand for batting stance.
since then I have been suffering from burning pain occasionally.
This pain is through my right leg, specially from the hip joint to knee.
The pain increases after standing or sitting for half an hour.
It becomes tolerable after lying down on a plane surface for a while.
Day by day it is increasing and for now it even burns while I use to wake up from bed at morning.
I have been guided by a Physio Therapist and doing some sorts of exercise to get temporary relief from it.
He advised me to wear a L-S belt.
But I have totally lost all of my confidence at the age of just 28+.
I am 5'11' and my weight is 90 Kg.
I'm taking 3-4 drops of Kali Bich 200 every morning for last 3 days and the pain has decreased to some extent of 10%.
Please, I need help to come round...

Hi,
wait for Dr. showrav to respond. You need remedies like
Arnica and Ruta Grav which are for spine injuries.
Don't worry, you can get better using homeopathy.
I would also suggest if you can find out if you have any
shiatsu massage trained practitioners in your area. If you
can find authentic shiatsu this helps tremendously with
healing and pain relief. If not, then find a really well
trained acupressure person. I have had relatives with
spine injuries like yours, some had the surgery, some did
alternative things ( not homeopathy) but shiatsu had
results in the first session.

Usually you can find good ones thru
calling up acupuncture practitioners.
Dr. Showrav is not on here everyday,
hopefully tomorrow he will be on.

Hi, I am saying do both. You have to do
the stretching exercises every day and
acupressure along with homeopathy

I'm taking sympythum200 and hypericam 200 for last two weeks...
And my pain almost gone.
I don't know us it right or not. But m feeling much better than before.
Though numbness is still there to some extent but it's tolerable now.
I can go my office everyday now.
I'm taking 2-3 drops of each in a cup of water twice daily.

Great news, But u should take 10M of Ruta for numbness and to protect ur lumber from not getting hurt again and again at the injured area.

I'll collect Ruta 10M as u prescribed...
But I would like to know if this disc herniation is curable or what I'm feeling is just a temporary improvement...and moreover how long should I continue the two meds Sympythum and Hypericam...
