help me please! hair loss for the past 7years

Hi! i am new to this site, but have been lurking for a year or so. lots of helpful info. hope someone can help me also.

i am a 40 year old female, black, no children, no diabetes or hypertension. 5ft 1inch, 160lbs. i have hairloss. diffuse and bald in the sides and crown.

i have tried the arnica wet dose for the past 4 months. it has relieved my chronic insomnia and the texture of my skin. i am still bald. I have tried acupuncture, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, arnica, thyroid tests were normal, rogaine (men and women). I recently had a steroid shot in my shoulder for tendonitis. after this shot my itchy scalp and painful scalp has disappeared.

please let me know what information you need to help me.

Please take Belladonna 200 every fourth day (once in 4 days) and report back after 15 days. You will take at the most 4 doses in 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thank you. I will do this.

I have completed my course of Belladonna 200.

I want to wait until my period comes in the next 2 weeks and provide some feedback then about the symptoms I have prior to and during my period.

Overall, I am unusually happy, feel happy and smiling all the time. But still talk to myself like crazy and spend a lot of time managing my anger, still easily annoyed.

The past is very much in my present and will just not leave me alone. Lot of anger towards my mother, the abuse into adulthood. Me just taking it, being weak.

1. Can I start drinking coffee again?

2. Can I start taking Arnica again? I take it at nights so the coffee does not bother its potency. At least that's what I found with research.

Thanks.

You may take 2 cups of coffee a day. Please don't take Arnica for the time being.

I have had my period and want to give some more feedback.
1. My symptoms of PCOS have remained mostly the same, except it was every 2-3 days not everyday as before. I still have the stabbing/clawing pain in my uterus, burning ovaries 14-7 days before my period, Sudden excessive rush of blood with change in position, Blood very dark.

2. My period has taken on a different pattern though. I had spotting a week prior to my period, which when arrived was heavy and lasted exactly three days. There were odd stringy clots and the period was followed by 4 days of light spotting.

3. I am unusually happy and smiling all the time. But still talk to myself like crazy and manage my anger better. I hold a full conversation with myself and answer and laugh. I cannot seem to control my thoughts. I continue to think about killing myself, fantasize even. My mother could tell when I was thinking about it as she pushed and pushed, and would tell me God would punish me if I did it. And that keeps me from doing it. I don’t want disfavor with my God. I cannot get the thoughts to go away. I will be eating a sandwich and thinking about killing my self if this happen or that happen. I cannot seem to be free of it.

4. Still bald on top and the sides of my head. Not a grain of hair has grown in.

5. Depression not as severe, occurs less often.

6. It is summer and this weather makes me feel great.

7. Still crave Breads, cakes, pastries, meats, fried foods, sweet fruits

8. Bowel movement pattern remains the same

9. Still sleep well

- Please let me know what else you need to know.

Thanks.
