pregnency vomiting

Dear doctor,

My spouse is a 3 month pregnant. During this period she always feel vomit and vomiting occurs in the morning, sometimes after eating in every day (3~4times/day). Tongue has thick white mucus have to clean with brush.

Lyco, nux does not work to her. So far i know there are about 100 remedy for pregnancy. I summerised some remedies as follows for her, but as a student i cannot find conclusion.

Now also she feel a bit waist pain. Please what remedy can be given to her.



OTHER INFO:
i) menstruation during the last year - not regular and it is always irregular from childhood, occurs 1 month & 7 days later. So each month it delays 5 to 8 days.
ii) it lasts for 3~6 days. Tendency to have short time.
iii)flows little
iv)during period much pain is their, but not too much & she becomes hot tempered.
v)She has thirstiness but she takes 5~7glasses, though it is not perfectly checked. I don't know it is less or not.
vi) She, most of times, feels chill, but her hands & feet are hot and has a burning sensation.

Also added -
v)She is 25 with a sound health. Tendency to become fat.
vi) last menstruation occurred on 25 Feb, till not. She is going to be pregnant but not yet tested.
vii) In her childhood she had an experience to have ganglion on wrist. Again it occurs in both hands with a bit hard like swelling.
viii) Sometimes she felt headache behind the eyes & due to both eye sight (long) problem doctor gave her spectacles with a power of & pain reduced.
ix) Respiration problem - dust, scent, etc increase the respiration problem a bit.(allergic medicine reduce this problem for the time being though she said this problem she had not in the past but just occurred by the indecent of eating shahi paan with some spices, but i am not clear)
x) Easily attacked by cold, catarrh, sneezing (5~7 times) occurs mostly as soon as get rid of from bed and disappeared later on.
xi) easily hot tempered & has a suicidal tendency.
xii) Yesterday she suffers from much acidity & much belch occurred. She suffers constipation most of the time as informed earlier. Bowel system is regular in the morning just get rid of from the bed.
xiii) Tongue becomes sour, sometimes become white & needs to clean with brush.
xiv) interrupted sleep as informed earlier.
xv) she is sober, friendly, intelligent and very neat & clean but reluctant to feel much talk.
xvi) she like all kind of food, prefers sour but sometimes does not like milk & egg and don't like too much sweets.
