Heart palpitations

My son has started to have heart palpitations where his heart is beating at near 200 beats per second. We carried him to the emergency room and all they could find was a low potassium. We then went to Childrens Hospital and they ran test and could find nothing. The racing heart starts suddenly, not often, but about once a month. We can't see where it is caused by anything, it just starts going. Boy is 10 years old, slim and highly imaginative. Likes to boss his little sister around and generally gets along with other children. We have been supplementing his potassium, but he still has the palpitations. The episodes last from 20 to 120 minutes. They don't hurt him, but they scare him. Thanks for any help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl give him
1. Spigelia-30 6 pills three times a day
2. Arjunarishta (Ayurvedic Medicine) 1 teaspoon after meal in 1/4 cup of water

Pl give this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Thank you for the reply. We did just as you directed but waited until November to administer the meds. Did not have an episode since the summer until today. What would be the next to do?

Thanks you.
