HELLO DR ZADY.plz help me sir.
FROM THE LAST TWO AND HALF YEARS I AM SUFFERING A LOT.
MY PROBLEMS ARE
1.ABD AND HEART BURNING.
2. CONSTIPATION.
3.FLAUTENCE.
4.THROAT PAIN.
5.DRY EYES.
6.DRY NOSE.
7. DRY SKIN.
8.BODY PAIN, SPECIALLY JOINTS.
9.HEADACHE.
10. ALLERGIES.

when i search on internet for my symptoms i found that its related to sjogren's syndrome/ mucus deficiency in body.i also read that dry eyes are due to autoimmune disorder like sjogren's syndrome, chron's disease etc.

i have been searching in this forum from the last two days for some remedies. and found that u people always asked the following questions before treatment.

1.1. Describe your main suffering? (Describe symptoms)
ans: constipation, dry eyes. i am observing that when my abdominal problem get worst my other problems also get worst. Like dry eyes, dry skin, dry nose , throat pain etc.

2. What other physical/mental sufferings in past, you had.
.i used to masturbate a lot. due to this i had have weakness. Pain in knees, pain in bones.

3. What mental sufferings/feelings do you have associated with you physical sufferings.
. i am always in depression for my health condition.

4 what exactly do you feel when you are at your worst..
i feel very depress. don't want to talk to any body. often get angry on family members. pain in eyes, stomach bloating, burning, headache, etc.

5.when did it all start. Can you connect it to any past event or disease.
some two & half years back. i got hemoptysis .didn't know the cause. went to many doctors. gone for couple of check ups all was normal. got very depressed. Searched on internet and found that some serious GI TRACT, STOMACH PROBLE causes hemoptysis. My depression got worse. i was started pulling my nose hairs. and eyebrows. lastly went to dentist and got to know that it was bleeding from gums. After that I had got dry eyes.

6. Which time of the day you are worst.
. as the day moves. i feel worst.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same.
.firstly its my dry eyes, and then my stomach problem. when i am happy i feel little better but not much.

8.do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli ( like, change of place ) or any internal biological changes in the body, like menses ( in females ).
yes i really feel that my sufferings are something deficiency or something is wrong in my body due to over masturbation.

9.when do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
i really feel better in humid.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable
Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your
husband / wife?
i am moody, changeable, nervous, suspicious, easily offended, and quiet as well as irritating a lot.

i feel very happy and feel better during a thunderstrom.

i like to being consoled during my tough time.

i really don't like noise. due to my dry eyes i feel sensitivity from light.

i talk to my self and smiles a lot.

i don't have much friends. i feel that my friends are selfish when they have some work they get in touch with me . I am also the same kind if I have some work than I do call them other wise I like to be alone. same as family members. i often get angry on my family members.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
i always feel i am going to die of my problems. Same feeling for my family members specially for my parents if they even got cough I think they are in very serious problem.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
i like sweets. i dont like my home made foods. but if the same food come from other's home i like it.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
.its very excessive.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
i like to eat but due to my problems I always give away many things. when ever my family eats something delicious at the same time i feel that i don't have to eat that thing because it makes my symptoms worse.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
due to my sufferings its spicy foods.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or
Limbs?
i sweat a lot from head. its more than normal.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
i don't have proper bowel movement. its abnormal.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
i really don't sleep well. i often awake in the middle of the night and immediately start getting negative thoughts. This make me difficult to fall asleep again.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
i always feel guilty about myself. i feel that everybody makes my laugh. they feel i am a loser. and i also feel that I will not do well I am really a loser.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you
have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
.i took triphala churna for my constipation. Shilajit capsules etc. and homeopathy medicine alumina 30, acid phos 200, nat mur 200. I always take medicines two three days and after that I stop and searching for other medicine. Because I want quick results. You know my mood swings, I have lack of concentration.i don’t have patience. I dicide I will do that but the very next moment I feel that its not the right thing for me I have to try another thing. I am very confuse . I don’t want to do this but don’t know why it happens. And it happen always every time.



22. What major diseases are running in your family?
constipation, depression, stomach problem.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
i used to be very healthy, but now i am very thin. i am 25 now but looks like i am very old.
