remedy for respiratory problems of 6 year old

6 year old boy loving and affectionate nature.suffer from recurrent tonsillitis enlarged adenoids ,cough productive in nature (greenish) chest infections 1n 4year 5year and this year during winter or spring seasons required hospitlizations two times .4year old time with chicken pox complicated that time treated with acyclovir .through out the year getting productive cough on and off better with nebulizations and anti histamines.currently on homeopathy med for one year(doesn't know the name )was better but things went wrong after this march after another chest infection .then two recurrent tonsillitis still with greenish sputam when he cough .can any body suggest a better remedy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Recommended--Ferrum Phos 6x and Nat sulph 6x(if the odor is not offensive) three tabs of each four times a day.Feed back after a week please.(If the odor is offensive replace Nat sulph with silicea 6x.)

very affectionate boy.very talkative,very found of nature and creatures,like to draw,like to run and play .like sweet ,and chocolate we don't give him citrus ,sour food and youghrt.he burff out a lot. seldom complaning stomach ache.nasal blocage better after homeopathy unless he get acute respiratory infection .for the adenoid he is on a biochemical tab 3 two time potency and name I don't know

During Acute respiratory infection how is he? Dull,/ Crying/ Irritable, Pls describe.
IF you want to get remedy from joe delivera change the title to 'attention joe livera'
