4 yo with recurring symptoms

I am at wit's end. My 4 yo DS has had cold, fever, rash and ear infections for the last month. I treated him with Belladona and Pulsatilla but the ear pain was moving to his right ear and his left eardrum ruptured. We finally put him on antibiotics (Amoxicillin) for 5 days and after 24 hrs after stopping the antibiotics he got a very similar cold to the one he had a month ago. Now, two days later he has a rash again; different is how it looks but also covering his whole body. Any advice on a next move or what we are dealing with here?
See attached pic of current rash.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you please give the following information in respect of your son.

1.whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.

2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable disposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?

3.What other physical problems, if any does he have.

4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.

5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.

6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?

7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.

8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable disposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?

Irritable; very close to relatives and like friends

3.What other physical problems, if any does he have.

Complains sometimes about always being hungry; on the thin side. Still holds back his bowel movements sometimes. Refuses to blow his nose.

4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
Feels best after a shower or a meal. Worse during the night with coughing, etc.

5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.

In the middle of his first cold we had to travel 5 hrs via car for a funeral. His health went downhill after this trip.

6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?

Prefes cool drinks lately and yes water.

7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.

Normal

8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

Prefers to move around

Thanks!

Actually for this one, he is mild when he gets what he wants. If you say no to anything he gets very reactive. Overall he is mild. Right now he is mellow.

Please give him a single dose of Sulphur 200 and see how that affects in 10 days. Only one dose, not daily.

Hi,

That's amazing. We figured out it was an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin and gave hime 6C quite often throughout the night. THe rash is gone and he is in his final stages of the cold, is eating a ton and sleeping long nights. WHew! Thanks!

If the remedy is well indicated it acts well in any potency.
