Giddiness

Sir,
While trying to getup either from sitting position or from bed i get giddiness which last for about 15-20 seconds and becomes alright afterwards.This is happenig only for the past 15 days.
Can any one suggest remedy?

conium 200 one dose daily for 5 days repeat affter one month if required
