pain in legs can not walk.

My office friend age 48 who is auditor work from 8 am to 4 pm. He is having pain in lower portion of legs the pain start at hips area and goes down, he walks and stays and take rest. When he comes to office in the morning he don't have this problem but when he leaves the office he face this problem. He told that he can't lift 5kg weight than pain starts earlier he lift 80kg
He can't stand for 15 min.
Polyurea
no diabeties.
Thirst normal
He is normal and no other problem.
Pain relieves when reaches home at takes rest.
Medicine used.
Arnica 30c. Rhustox 200c , kali phos.
