Calcium Deficiancy

My daughter, 11 years old is going through a dental treatment. Her teeth, which are being grown after birth, have not completely fallen. The X ray shows that 11 tooth are still there and new have started coming. Because of this, two of them have stared overlapping the old ones. My orthodontist has suggested that she has a calcium deficiency. Her diet is less, though she eats variety of food (not the junk food). She also takes one cup of cow milk every day.
Can anybody suggest me a calcium supplement?

1. There is good Ayurvedic medicine for calcium supplement from Aurved Rasashala, Pune. The name is 'Calciprol' You can give her one tablet after meal.
2. Shatavari Kalpa (Ayurvedic suppliment) to be taken one teaspoon in cow milk.
3. Dry-date pieces to be boiled in cow milk
All these are good calcium source
