11 month old daughter waking up frequently

Hi
I have an 11 month old daughter who has started to wake up every 90 mins in the night once again. Between the age of 4 to 8 months she used to sleep around 9 15 pm and wake up at 1 am and 5 am.. and sometimes just 4 am. Now she's back to waking frequently. She eats properly in the day .. has dinner around 8 pm ..dal rice and doesn't seem to be teething at present. She's got two lower teeth so far.

Shes a pretty active and peaceful baby but sometimes gets cranky if I am out in the day and cries if I go out of sight even for a moment once I'm back. Any help on how to get her to calm down and enjoy longer hours of sleep at night? She doesn't go back to sleep if I pat her..I usually have to feed her and it's getting exhausting for me.

Thanks a lot,
Jaya
