pulsation

i have been having pulsation in my left ear, when put my head on pillow on the left side.
Continuous pulsation under that ear also and veins connecting that ear to head, teeth, neck.Pulsation in back of head, top of head too.
I have been having involuntary jaw movement, facial muscles movement and the ear movement slightly when laying down and continuous feel of heart beat in head, ear, neck and back of jaw and teeth and left side of forehead. Pain travels at the back side of head.Severe pain in teeth and head mostly left upper .Besides this i feel twitching in my facial muscles often.
It is happening since 5 months. My dentist told me that its a TMJ disorder and a neuro physician said its due to stress. A neurologist has suggested to get MRI. A physician said it can be a hyper thyroid. Can any one help me with this.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is a good Idea to get the facts first. I would do the MRI
and see what shows up . If nothing shows up get the
thyroid tests to see where hormone levels are.

Homeopathy can help you, no matter what it is.
And you can come back on here to fine tune the remedy.
It is important to rule out things from the MRI and thyroid.
