Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Menstrual cramps, and after the last menstrual period bleeding stopped, I felt twinges of pain(pain was very mild.On a scale from one to ten I'd give it a 1).Pain after menstrual period is not constant, and felt as if it was in ovary area. Right side more affected than left.
Menstrual cramping sometimes starts a day or two before period.

Menstrual cramps are worst on day two of menstrual bleeding. On day 3 or 4 of menstrual bleeding, I always pass a small clot, which is painful but once it is done, pain goes away after about 30 minutes.

Heat on my buttocks and lower back tend to help.Heat on my lower abdomen helps but not as well as the back.



2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
I tend to get itchy with exercise and have a couple of very minor/small hives when I exercise. Not very noticeable but uncomfortable. Goes away after I cool down.

I also get gastrointestinal upset when I get period cramps.I tend to get nauseated/vomit and have to have a bowel movement(not diarrhea). I do not always vomit, but I lose my appetite and feel a high degree of nausea. In the past year I have developed more PMS symptoms(breast tenderness,irritability,tense, fatigue before period)


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Sadness and worry.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
I feel weepy,lost, and hopeless.Like something is wrong with me.I desire to be free and happy like a young girl/woman.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I have always had crampy periods since day 1. Period has gotten more severe with recent stress of pass three years.



6. Which time of the day you are worst?

On day 2 of period the cramps can start during sleep,or any time of day.Depends on when I first start bleeding.I think my cramps are the worst early morning(3am-10am).

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
I suspect physical and emotional stress/worry aggravate my suffering.



8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Menses are definitely my main issue. They have been troublesome since high school, then moving to college, and from finishing college to moving back home. Sometimes I wonder if me being nervous/emotionally sensitive causes all my physical problems.


9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I like both hot and cold weather.I live in a very hot and very humid climate in the deep south, USA so I don't get to experience much snow. I feel pleasant in cold and warm weather when dressed properly. I tend to get cold very easily, but humidity can feel uncomfortable to me when I can't get good air circulating in the house.


10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I have always been a bit nervous/wired.I have always been quiet and enjoyed reading and writing. Nervous was never bad enough to restrict my life.I feel like I've been irritable off and on in life, but was able to hide it.I feel like I have always had a very emotional inner life, but on the outside I hold it back. As of the past 5 months, Irritability,stress,anxiety,moodiness have been very high,and it is becoming harder to sleep.Job situation became too stressful.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I feel good before a thunderstorm. I enjoy the rain and the sounds unless the lightning is really severe. I enjoy reading or sleeping during a thunderstorm.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

I like being consoled, but only by certain people I am comfortable with. I don't usually have many people around that I turn to for comfort.I find it hard to find someone I am comfortable enough with to be consoled by.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
I am not sensitive to light,smell or noise really. I find the sound of tv being on too long a little irritating.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

I bite nails sometimes. I pull my hair out(Trichotillomania).

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I feel like I need space/time away from family.I don't feel like they understand me, and Most times I feel like I can't be my true self around them. I am not married but have a boyfriend. I feel more at ease being my true self when I talk to him, and his company cheers me up. We are currently living in different countries, but we will be together soon.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I fear getting older before I have a chance to enjoy my youth. I have a recurring dream of plane crashes about 1-2 times a month.


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I like salty,fried foods, especially french fries. I like warm,cooked foods, and I don't particularly care for sweets. Sweets eaten occasionally.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Thirst is normal.I only drink water.I drink herbal tea 1-2 times daily.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Hunger has been less lately.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
I am not aware of any food my body cannot stand.There are foods I dislike, but nothing I can think of that will make me violently ill.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
I sweat a lot under my arms and it does not smell too pleasant. I sweat normal everywhere else.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Bowel movements-Mostly in the morning.Once a day.Stool is mostly light brown.Sometimes heavy and thick depending on nutrition.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I used to sleep well, but as of the past 3 months I sleep very poorly, I am restless and I tend to sleep on my side, on the right mostly.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

I am not sexually active, but if I was I think I would be able to satisfy them.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?

I feel I am very imaginative and deep, and I have my own unique personal sense of style.I feel much quieter and introverted than others.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have not taken any medications.I tried natural progesterone oil before and I feel like my PMS symptoms showed up after I tried that.And I feel like it was the onset of the ''twinges'' of little pains in between my period. It wasn't until now the twinges are really noticeable.


22. What major diseases are running in your family?
High blood pressure


23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance

I am a little on the tall side, I have long legs and long arms.I am very skinny and I have light brown skin, and I feel overall I am a nice looking female.


I am feeling desperate because I am afraid I might have endometriosis,ovarian cysts,fibroids or something of that nature.I have never been to the gyno and I am trying to get in to see one as soon as possible. I know they are just going to do surgery or give birth control.

My periods have never been heavy,they have always been very regular, and I have never missed one, and never had any bleeding in between.I have never taken birth control. The twinges of pain kind of radiate to my leg.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also is there anything I can start doing/taking now to relieve the pain now?

I try to avoid NSAIDS, as I feel they irritate my Digestive system after awhile.

Please take Mag.Phos 200 one dose of five drops before starting menses in luke warm water and if you feel pain during menses then again repeat it. Hopefully it will solve your problem.

Do I take mag. just once before my period starts? And then repeat it again before the next menstrual period? and is 200 the concentration?

Yes.

In your case, Mag Phos will need to be repeated just before every period.
