pain in right jaw

sir right jaw pain unable to open mouth completely also pain in right molar (upper&lower)
heavy prespiration pain during eating very much

soak cotton in water 20 ml having a mixture of 5 drops of plantago q+|*
1
*hecla lava q.
put the soaked cotton on the infected molars for five mins or more .repeat every 30 minutes using fresh mixture ,till relief sets in.


continue for four days and give a feed back.
