Cardiomegaly and high BP

Hello dr i am suffering from cardiomegaly and also high BP which is not constant and even shoots up till 110/180
i am taking
1.cactus Q 2. cratageus q
3,stropanthus

three times a day 7-8 drops
apart from allopathic medicines
Kindly help me to control my BP

The medicine you are using are correct. However you may increase the quantity of Craetagus 15 drops per dose thrice a day. hOpefully you will get relief.

Thanks for ur help but is it possible to leave allopathic and switch to homeopathy for permanent relief.
if it can be what steps should i take
i consume very less salt and plenty of fruits in the day.
