This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What were the diets you tried?

Have you taken your underarm basal cell temperature first thing in the AM before you sit up in bed? That would indicate if your thyroid is possibly under active which could cause your metabolism to slow down and make it harder to burn calories.

Another thing that makes it difficult to lose weight is when you aren't digesting your food well.

I would try going on an all fruit diet except no bananas or dried fruits. Try to eat only fresh, raw, ripe and organic and eat as much as you want for a week and see how it goes.

Fruit is the easiest to digest and it is the best way to help your lymphatic system begin to filter out wastes.

You could also check your urine to see if it is cloudy. If it is cloudy then your kidneys are filtering your cellular wastes. If it isn't, you need to get your kidneys working again until you see particles floating in your urine.

As far as a single homeopathic remedy helping, I think you'd need to determine your constitutional remedy. For someone else to do it you'd need to provide a LOT more info about yourself.
