Dry mouth and post nasal drip

I am a 30 yr old female, have always been very active (exercise daily with cardio weights or yoga)and eat a fairly clean diet.
One year ago I miscarried a pregnancy at about 10 weeks and had a D&C surgery - and back on the birth control pill. after that my period occurred aprox every 2 weeks. About 10 months ago I started to notice dry mouth daily but was not unbearable and I made sure to increase my water intake (I have always drank 2-3 litres per day anyway). This past February my doctor suggested I come off the birth control pill and try the Copper-T (no hormones) IUD. I was told this should regulate my period but they would be heavier to start. I never got my period again after getting the IUD put in. All this time I still had dry mouth. About 2 weeks after getting the IUD put in I lost my voice and started getting a horrible post nasal drip. It was like I had a cold with no pain or stuffiness, just the drip and voice cracking. The dry mouth became much worse. In April I travelled to Arizona for a week and it got even worse (ruined my trip) in the hot climate! I was also diagnosed (via saliva test) with adrenal fatigue this spring. I have seen doctors, acupuncturists, dentists, ENT and no one can help me! ENT says I have one small polyp that he is not concerned about and that my sinuses are totally clear. Sometimes I feel like the back of my tongue is swollen and there is a film on my mouth. I produce saliva when I eat or chew gum, but other than that I have a constant stickiness in my mouth that you can hear when I talk. I wasn't sleeping well this winter and would get up in the middle of the night to eat anything sugary (normally a spoonful of honey or syrup) to get me back to sleep. i also couldn't go to bed without a sugary bedtime snack (again always stuck to a healthier sugar such as honey). The is greatly effecting my social and work life. I should also mention that one year ago I left my marriage after 10 years so have been under considerable stress since then, have a 5 yr old and work as an accountant in a very high paced oil company.
I am an attractive fit woman who appears to have it all together, however my confidence is extremely low right now and I have a hard time in one on one situations with people.
2 years ago I suffered major anxiety attacks and depression and eventually went on Paxil. It helped immediately and I saw a therapist as well for 2 years (my husband was an alcoholic and drug user). As soon as I went on the Paxil the goal was to come off so I eased off slowly over the course of one year. I have been completely off for one year. Now that I look back though I believe I was suffering adrenal fatigue, not depression as my MD diagnosed. I no longer suffer anxiety attacks but the tiredness has returned. My cortisol levels drop rapidly by the end of the day, my DHEA is low and my testosterone is higher than normal. I also (for the first time) had 2 mild yeast infections this past fall.
My main concern at this time is the dry mouth and post nasal drip - I don't know if all of these factors in my life are related but I'm hoping someone can help me get my life back.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Lachesis 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
