ATTN Dr Kadwa Ductal thrush breastfeeding thrush

Hello, I have been diagnosed with ductal thrush, which is like regular thrush that you can get while breastfeeding, but has entered my milk ducts. It has only entered the milk ducts on the right side, my milk supply is almost gone on that side, and it is very painful all the time radiating deep into the breast tissue. The left side has thrush, but like it usually presents, as an external condition. I also have a mild vaginal yeast infection. They would like to do a systematic yeast tablet to clean up the ductal thrush, but I will not take it. I recently had mastitis on the right side, whether it came from the thrush or it caused the thrush I don't know. I did not take antibiotics, instead took phytolacca and hepar sulph, and after two days on that raw garlic for 3 days.

My diet is pretty good, no cookies and sweets, but I do eat 2 pieces of bread a day. The rest is your regular meals, rice or potatoes, veggies and meat or else soup, then add another piece of bread. Raw milk and raw milk products, and some fruit. I have no desire to drink and have to continually remind myself, since I am nursing! It takes me too long to get going in the morning, and I am a night person! I know, I feed the fire by staying up till 11, but I sleep until 7 and should be able to be more motivated I think!

Have been on edge since the birth, 5 week old baby boy. He has no symptoms of oral thrush, and nurses well. Thanks in advance!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Sepia 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in a week.

Hello Kadwa, sorry to say the sepia has not helped, my son now also has thrush on his tongue, and roof of his mouth. We had previously tried gentian violet for five days, it helped with my pain to a point, but never overtook the thrush. Any other suggestion is welcome, also is it better to use the liquid doses as they are not in a sugar base? I can readily access the liquid remedy. Thanks!

Please take Nux Vomica 30 in the same way. If that doesn't help take Lachesis 30. Liquid remedy is okay.
