Hair fall

My mother is suffering from serious hairfall, specially in the furrow region. Please help

pl give detail how started any disease now and in the past age etc

There is no past record of any disease and now also she is normal.Though this hairfall problem is not new, it seems that the rate of hairfall has increased now a days. There is no reason of stress of anything.
