Arnica 1M dosage - Help please
Hi everyoneI am male 29,active person. I had an injury to my lower back (top right edge of my buttocks where the tailbone and sacrum joint).
I bought the homeopathy tablets(small sugar tablets). I tried 3 tablets of Arinca 200c for three days, first I felt the slight imporvement but the pain came back. I took 3 tablets of arnica 1m on Thursday night and the pain reduced well on Friday.I still have the pain if I sit for long time in my tailbone and buttocks area. After that I haven't taken the 1m yet.
What should be the dosage instruction? I felt I have an improvement but I stopped because I heard 1m is a higher dose and will stay in body for long time.
Can anyone please help me?
