swollen hands and feet

hi doctor
im 26 years old lady, i had aC- section after 1 year ago and after that my hands n feet were swollen. as time passed it gor batter but now im feeling like that still my hands n feet are swollen and my shoe number is also increased by 1...is it normal plz tell me what shud i do...shud i have an ultrasound or what...my menstrual cycle is normal....n no other apparent symptoms im feeling

have a combination of ferrum phos 6x &kali mur 6x, 5 tabs 4 times a day and feed back after 4 days.

doctor! 5 tabs means 10 of both medicines n four times total 40 tablets once a day?
is it not too much
