cracking sound

Sir,
Whenever i try to pass urine/stool/ in sitting position with folded leg i hear 'CLICK' noise in my right leg joint(between thigh and ankel).This is happening for past 6 months.
I consulted local Homeopathy Doctor who prescribed me 1.Rhus Tox 30 and 2.RHUS AROMATICA 6. Both did not help me.
Can any one suggest remedy?

hi this use to happened to me before ,past two week I am doing leg strengthen exrcise now its stop by 96% u should give try when u sit on chair try to left ur leg up by using ur toe or front feet fingers .
