The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Failing again and again

I am a 28 year male weighing 110 Kg and 6 feet tall. I have been living a very unhealthy lifestyle of sitting all day, no exercise and daily masturbation since the last 14 years. All of this has made me an energy less person with an eyesight of -6, always tired, feeling depressed and eating junk food to feel good. My eyes have been yellowish every since I had Jaundice Hepatitis B when I was 12 years old. I have dark circles below my eyes and I am very shy when interacting with females.

I have tried quitting the habit of masturbation and started exercising at least every two months. But every time my new routine fails after two weeks and I go back to my old habits and lifestyle. I also lack perseverance and when any work is near finish I just want to rush it and run back to my room so I can play video game. Playing video games all day is also a addiction that I have. I don’t feel like taking any responsibility or job.

Whenever I eat I have to go to the bathroom after 2 hours. But many times I have to go the bathroom right after eating my meal. For the first 25 years of my life I did not go to the bathroom in the morning as I made the habit of holding it until I came back home in the evening. I just could not use the public/school toilets due to their dirtiness.

Since the last 4 year my left nostril is always almost blocked. I lived in a rented accommodation where the room and bathroom had no windows. It was in another country so I could not afford a better accommodation back then. When the left nostril got blocked I also got dry cough. That old house had old carpet and furniture. It was basically an attic.

These days even when I sleep 8 hours I wake up tired and want to sleep more. I not sure what to do as every attempt that I have made to reclaim my life has so far ended in failure. In one of such attempts I tried using guidance from an online homeopathic doctor and I was making some good progress but then I just went back to my old habits.

When I go back to my old habits after an unsuccessful attempt to reclaim my life I won’t continue taking the medicine even if it right in front of me. Its like my mind just keeps all my focus on other things and make me ignore the medicine. I never take any allopathic medicine and have tried using Homeopathy earlier as well. All of that was from reading Homeopathic books for cures but one time I followed advice of a Homeopathic doctor online – You can read that here http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/325395/ . This went well in the beginning but after a while I failed here too.

I am sorry for typing so much but I just wanted to make sure that you know everything. I am living a useless life and you are like a last hope for me. Thank you for time.

Regards,
J Singh

Thank you Dr. Anuj. I have one question, what is os 6x? Does it have another name. It is prescribed at the end of day 1.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
Kali Phos 6x evry day ,5 tabs, ones. 6x is the potency.

anuj srivastava last decade
Thanks Dr. Anuj. I was able to find Kali Phos 6x in tablet form and Nux Vom 200 in liquid form as required.

But Lycopodium 1m was only available in liquid form. How do I take it?

Also, 3 hrs ago I took my first dose of Kali Phos 6x (5 tablets that I allowed to melt on my tongue). I am taking my second does now.

Jagdeep1984 last decade

I took Lyco in the way you described.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
In what format do you want the feedback every four days Dr.Anuj

Jagdeep1984 last decade
any format with reference to your symptoms.

anuj srivastava last decade
These are the postive changes I noticed.

I don't wake up tired now. After 7 hours of sleep I wake up fully rested and I don't need to sleep at all during the day.

Digestion has improved a little. I don't need to go to bathroom (no.2) right after eating a meal. Now I go to bathroom 2 hours after lunch and 2 hrs after dinner. And once after waking up.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
continue KP,have another dose of lyco same way after a week from now.

anuj srivastava last decade
Thank you Dr.Anuj

Jagdeep1984 last decade
I have taken 2nd dose of lyco. One change I have noticed during last week is that I have started doing work that is required rather than running away from it. A lot of work has come up in last few days which required me supervising standing long hours in the sun. I completed all of it like I have ever before. Earlier I used to just give instructions and run inside to play video games. But this time I stood there from 9 to 5.

Also I used to have strong fears that made no sense. Fear of my fan falling on me when its turned on. Fear of cockroaches, fear of my home getting robbed. These fears have decreased a little.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
that is good news.now if you are feeling better, please start going for a 5 km walk evey day,you can gradully increase from 2-3 km to 5 kms per day and you will see the change.

anuj srivastava last decade
Thank you Dr Anuj. I will start walking and report back to you.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
I started walking but I am running into one problem. Since I have constant blockage in both my nostrils ( left nostril is heavily blocked, right is blocked a little) I run out of breath whenever I step up my tempo. I have to start breathing through my mouth as my blocked nostrils cannot supply enough oxygen to my lungs.

This makes a temporary 'out of breath' situation. It is very frustrating. If I walk slow in order to not to get 'out of breath' then that speed is so slow that it does not even feels like a workout.

This problem has been a big hinderance in the past as well. I will continue to do walking everyday regardless, but if it can be cured it will be a big blessing and will help me sooo much.

Jagdeep1984 last decade
To make it clear this happens whenever I make an effort, for example walking at a decent tempo. I am not running or walking fast, but this problem occurs.

what are the discharges from your nostrils, color, type

are the nostrils always blocked.

is there any sound in your chest when you breathe.

is it a 24x7 thing

[please describe in details all these problems.

anuj srivastava last decade
This problem started when I lived in an attic (in another country) for 1 year. There was only 1 window in my room and it was at the very end. The house was around 100 years old and the carpet, furniture, everything was very dusty. There ventilation was very poor and from there this problem developed.

1. What are the discharges from your nostrils, color, type?

There are no discharges as most of it is dry. The discharges will be there only for around 1 day a month. Color would be transparent to creamish white. When I try to clean my nose 80% of the time its clean, seems like the obstruction is on the inside (and it is dry). And the rest 20% are dry and solid discharges that come out when cleaned. They are normal ones that people get when they have to go through pollution and dust.

2. Are the nostrils always blocked.

The left nostril is always blocked. Right nostril functions at around 60% capacity(in terms of air intake. When I go to sleep I still breathe from nostrils. If I block my left nostril by placing my thumb over it I can still breathe. But if I block my right nostril then breathing becomes very difficult due to left nostril operating at 10% (in terms of air intake). I cannot keep my right nostril blocked for more than a minute otherwise I get seriously out of air.

3. Is there any sound in your chest when you breathe.?

I have not noticed any sound in my chest when I breathe. The only sound comes from the nostrils (mostly from right one).

4. Is it a 24x7 thing?

Yes it is a 24x7 thing since the past 3 years.

I tried a few things to clear this obstruction but failed. I did

a. Jal Neti for 2 weeks.

b. Aum Vilom for a week. (It is very very hard to intake a full breath from left nostril)

c. Spaying saline solution inside nostrils for 2 weeks.

d. Inhaling steam for 1 week before going to sleep. There is not much liquid discharge even with steam.
