many diseases remedy

Hello Dr. Simone, As per ur direction,form is filled as under:-
1.Main sufferings:- Enlarged prostate,frequent urination,bladder not fully empty.,thin stream ,flow intermits with dribbling, prostatic fluid with stool.
2. Other physical suffering:- left cervical off&on, Left shoulder feels icy inwinter,
Left upper arm painful, too much eructations 24 hrs, flatulence 24 hrs with bad
Odour & noisy, cutting pain in annus after coition,uric acid increases, knee pain under caps,more in winter while using steps, low b.p.& fatigue in morn in summer,
Pain in lower back during morning walk only.
3.Mental suffering/feeling :- feels no tension.

Aversions----------fish,fast food, dry fruit.
13.Thirst--------------normal.
14Hunger----------normal but cant wait for food when hungry.
15.Any food which body cant stand----------fried food.
16.Sweat---------normal,but excess on shoulders& back.
17.Stool-------first before b.fast then after b.fast. sometimes only once after breakfast.
18.Sleep-----sound sleep lying on Rt.side only.
19.Sexual satisfaction--------only in summer.
20.How u r different from others----more punctual, more regularity in life,more keeps promise,regular morn even walk.
Past eventor disease--------T.B. at the age of 27yrs.
21.Medication taken earlier(with in 3 yrs.)-----yograj gugullu,(felt relief in arm pain but not cured),baryta carb,benz acid,bry, cal carb,carbo v, caustic, conium m,digitalis,Ledum Pal,lachesis,r.tox,sabal ser, sepia,sulphur,staphisagria.
Symptoms surfaced after use----nil
22.Running family diseases----wife & son diabetic. Fore fathers had knee problem.
23.Overall appearance-----62 yrs male,5’-5” wt. 70 kg. body normal in size.
