Need help with weight loss!! getting desperate

Hi all,
I am a 32yrs old female struggling with overweight issues. I used to be a bit overweight before marriage and childbirth at 58kgs.
I had a child on 2008. And now after childbirth I seem to be increasing weight bit by bit a year and now I am at 63 kgs.
Atleast till now I was not having much of exercise. But for the past year I have been doing frequently yoga, swimming and walking in treadmill. But still it seems an impossible task for me to lose weight.
A little about my health history:
1. I tested for thyroid recently and it was within normal limits
2. I know I have to diet and exercise. I get dejected very soon when I see no difference in 15 days or so after starting the regime.
3. In spite of being overweight I feel tired easily
4. Also I seem to feel like eating something (sugary if possible) when I am feel depressed.
5. this past year, though I might not be dieting, I am surely exercising a lot more that my usual regime, but eating as I used to always. Then why don't I even see a 0.5 kgs reduction in my weight?? but rather I seem to have increased 1 kg!!
6. My biggest fear!! My family on mother's side has history of hereditary obesity. My mom, Aunts and their mom were even overweight/obese.

I am scared!! someone help me and advice me on what homeo drugs can help.
I know I have to do my part with diet and exercise. I am not asking anything unreasonable. But I have belief in homeopathy to find the root cause of overeating/weight gain and remove it. So that I will be able to follow diet/workout regime and lose weight.

Finally my current weight is - 63.5 kgs/140.4 lbs

Thanks
Abhi

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please visit the link below entitied

The Ultimate Cure for Obesity on:

http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/15923/

This is a post I made on the ABC way back in 2004 on December 25, the day before the Tsunami hit Sri Lanka, a day which will forever will remain in my mind for as long as I live as I was involved in the Homeopathic after care of the many thousands of survivors immediately after the Tsunami when I was joined by members of Homeopaths Without Borders who sent 6 pairs of erstwhile Homeopaths to help me in my efforts to help them.

Basically your therapy will comprise the use of
Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily after meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily before meals.

Weigh yourself today before you commence on my therapy and report your weight loss weekly when the standard loss which you can expect and has been reported is around 1kg per week.

You will also do a regular stint of at least 45 minutes of exercise which will be done by you at intensive levels, irrespective of the general feeling of tiredness that you may experience, if you wish to benefit from my Joepathy.

You will also control your diet and avoid fatty fools completely and eat in moderation to ensure that your stomach is filled to comfortable levels.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

Please follow the following restrictions which are essential to ensure that the remedy prescribed is not antidoted:

Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.

Report your weight loss weekly when you can expect a drop of at least 1kg per WEEK.

Dear Joe, when you say nat phos are you referring to NATRUM PHOSPHORICUM or NATRIUM PHOSPHORICUM or are they the same? I'm planning on recommending this to my mom who is obese. Thank you for your advice.

Abhi,

I see you are going to work with Joe's therapy.
You can't work with more than one person on here,
so good luck with that. ( I will fix the link but no point
in filling out the form now)

To Thanks all--- Joe wants you to get Nat Phos-a CELL SALT.
Cell Salts are different than remedy pills- they look
like aspirin tablets. You are in California, you can get Arnica 30c LIQUID
from the AbC remedies shop and Hylands Cell Salt Nat phos 6x at Whole Foods.
You have to use the Arnica liquid and that is not sold in stores here.
If you have to order Nat phos online for your mother go to Vitacost
and put Nat Phos 6x cell salt in the search box. In future please talk
to Joe on his own site or have a separate thread for your Mom on here.

Otherwise people get confused who is talking to who.

Regards,

Simone717

Dear Mr. Simone,
I have not started to work with any remedy yet. I was finally able to open your link and fill out the form in word document. I tried Joe's remedy long back Nat Phos 6X prescribed by another doctor without the arnica combination. It did not work out for me much. May be I did something wrong then.
Since I could not open your link I thought I may not hear from you until you get time. (Being my hasty self).
Sorry. If you still wish to guide me I will post the answers to the questions. hope you will help.
And also you will understand my hastiness after you find my remedy profile where I fit.
I am quick to assume people will not help me. Sorry that is my problem.
