Urgent HELP Excessive weight and Fat
I am 18 yrs old and above 90kg of weight. My height is 5ft.8in.I want to reduce my weight permanently, I want to be slim. I don't do any kind of physical activity, exercise or sports. I have been suffering from constipation for a very long time. I also suffer from acidity occasionally. I am really worried. Can anyone please help ? and please be authentic
