Poor Appetite and sleeplessness - 4.5 yrs old

Hi Dear Kadwa,
Need your help. My Son who is 4.5yrs has very poor appetite and is very skinny. He is underweight by atleast 3kgs. Always complains of no hunger and has difficulty in swallowing food. he was examined to have minor Tonsilitis and was treated with Ayurveda. For some days his swallowing was better but again we observe his difficulty to swallow. He was given deworming medicines but still no improvement in his appetite. His sleep is poor meaning nite 12am till 7am and afternoon say 1hr maximum. He has depression curvature just below his eyes and very minor dark circles.

HE IS VERY ADAMANT and has grinding teeth problems. HE IS ON VALPARIN200 for minor seizures.
As you suggested, we had given him Belladonna200 for bed wetting problems during day and nite and is under examination for the next 12 days from now.

pls suggest treatment so that he develops liking to eat food and enjoys timely sleep.
