The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Boxer 1.5 yrs, ready to try Homeopathy for first time

I am looking for answers after frequent attempts to solve pets ailments.

I have been reading and reading and reading up on homeopathy for some time, and even have looked up Holistic vets in our area to solve what seems to be a recurring issue for my dog.

First of let’s start back to when I can remember the first instance has taken place.

We took blue to get neutered at a local clinic around 14 months.

The dog had no issues with allergies or anything up until this point.

They also administered his yearly vaccinations at the same time.

After, maybe a week or two he developed small sores which looked to be inline of staph infections around his neck and throat and a pink hue across his body.

The vet prescribed Tamril, a steroid with antihistamine and the rash seemed to clear up.

About 3 weeks ago blue was outside and may have been stung by a bee. He flared up, developed hives and refused to eat.

He was given Benadryl which relieved the swelling and the hives went away, towards the end of the same week the hives returned so we took him back to the vet and he was given tamril, and again the hives went away but returned, we took him to the vet again this morning because the hives turned into lesions and are bigger, also oozing and bloody.

They now prescribed him prednisone and an antibiotic (cefpodoxime) and at this point I am losing faith in this process because just as many before me have realized it seems their treaments just suppress the issue while weakening his overall immune system/health.

I have been researching and reading everything on homeopathy and have come to the conclusion Hepar Sulph may help, or possibly Thuja. I bought some from the local health store 30c pellets is all they had and am considering giving him this dose as early as this afternoon.

I just want him to get better and will do anything to help this process, like I said I have lost hope that the western vet practices are doing him any good. They said if this doesn’t work they want to do a biopsy, and I know all that will do is submit him to more invasive treatments.

I have attached pictures from this morning showing the lesions that are present, do you have any recommendations or any case studies/history of similar patients and a treatment plan?

Do you think my diagnosis and call for Hepar Sulph and/or Thuja is correct?

Also he has diarhea, is on a no soy wheat or corn diet, consisting of all organic meats, etc.

Does anyone know reccomend multiple treatments at once or is there any harm in giving a few remedies at a time?

Treament schedule or charts would be helpful.

Thanks ahead of time for all the input.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have images but they are too large to upload.

Does anyone know how to upload these images a different way or link them to the post?

Nix vomica will be in Whole Foods at 30c which is what you want.
If you don't have access to Whole Foods or a health store with
remedies then order off the ABC remedies shop ( 3 usa suppliers).

You are probably going to have some trouble giving the
dog pills ( even tho they are tiny) so dissolve them in
a tablespoon of water and then spoon it over the tongue or
else get a dropper and squirt into the mouth. The point is
you want to make sure the animal got the remedy.Do not touch
the pills, use the cap.

Nux clears out overdosing of anything, too much alcohol,
food, drugs, medicines, etc. You are new to homeopathy so do not
pay attention to what it says on the tubes of remedies in the stores-
nux says drowsiness or other things. They are required to put
something on the medicines, however one medicine is used for
hundreds of symptoms.

yes he should get rid of the symptoms.if not then we will consider the second option.you must have considered the options when you selected the medicines for him, there will be no adverse affect however.
