But the palpitations are becoming worse, I have also started facing so much other issues like too much hair fall, heal spur, insomnia, negative thinking, always feel like crying and fatigue. I heartbeat is so fast that at night I can feel myself shaking sometimes. I am bloated and have acid reflux, its like every three months I have some health issues. I don't understand whats happening but my health tests have not shown any results. Is is hormones, stress. at night I cant sleep my heels are itchy. Please let me know as I am so tired of going to the doctors and not getting any answers. I am only 35.

Sorry about the late reply. Hope these details will help you in suggesting a remedy.
Patient ID: Sex: Age: Female,35

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
My heart beat, I feel palpitations and my heart beat is most of the times fast, sometimes it feels like my heart has stopped. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid two years back, then after six months my thyroid fluctuated little bit on the borderline of hypo side and then became normal. For the last one year it comes out normal in my tests. I am very bloated and have gas problems too. I get acidity very often. I have had a few setbacks in my life that have made me inclined towards negative feelings and worry so I get stressed very quickly but avoid showing it to people around me.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Especially at night I can feel my heart racing and once in three months I get palpitations attack that last for about an hour. My hair fall a lot. I feel numbness in my arms while sleeping. A few months ago I had sleep issues too; I am generally a very light sleeper so I get drained out of energy very quickly. I have some vertigo problem and problem in my neck and shoulders due to which also I face some issues while working and can’t sleep well. I also feel nauseous at times and very sensitive to smells and tastes that make me gag. I get cold sores very often.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
I get very much stressed at times. Sometimes I feel that my heart will stop beating but my tests come out normal. I am a very strong person but sometimes I feel like crying. I get irritated very quickly and suffer from negative thinking. I always think something wrong will happen to my family or me. Sometimes I also feel anxiety when I am not able to finish or accomplish the task within the desired time.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
I get irritated or get very emotional and cry, sometimes I also get anxious and lose control over myself.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
I never had an easy life as a kid or an adult. But since the last two years I lost my mom, and then a close friend and also I moved to a different country so I think it took a toll over my mental health and I stopped feeling strong enough to face the challenges of life. Also I started feeling very vulnerable.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
At night I feel all drained and tired but not able to have a good sleep and so in the morning I can’t wake up early and even when I wake up on the last minute I am so tired that it takes me some time to bounce back to the routine.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
If I am thinking too much about something, I get palpitations some time. Also sometimes I feel because of my acidity and gas problems, I get irregular heartbeat or palpitations. At times I also get constipated so that too adds to the problems.
I think some light exercise and gong to parks help me a lot to think positive. Also when I listen to music or religious chanting also helps. Eating salads and spending time with my friends helps.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Yeah I think change of place affects me. Also my doctor told me once that my hormones were too high in a blood work so maybe the fluctuation in my hormones also adds. Since the past two months my heels and bottom of my feet get very itchy at night so they keep me up so may be some hormonal activity can be a reason.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
I don’t know. I think weather has no affect.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am moody, easily offended, lazy, easily distracted and worried.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
I feel good as the weather is pleasant.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

I am very sensitive but mostly project as a strong person to others. But with very few people who I am close to, I like being taken care of in tough times.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Yes very much.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
I used to talk to myself a few years ago but for the past few years I just feel like weeping without any reason but the problem is I don’t like crying and it gives me headache so I avoid weeping, sometimes I feel very stuffed emotionally and think maybe I would feel better after a goo cry .

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I feel good about my husband and children. But for my parents/in-laws/siblings I don’t think they have reciprocated well for the love and care I have given to them. I am a very good friend and have some good friends too but I don’t feel a lot of attachment to them at times.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I don’t want anything to happen to my husband or my children. Also I continually fear if something goes wrong with my health who will take care of my family.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I like mostly salty and spicy food, salty and sour too. I don’t like much sweet food. I have intolerance to eggs and products containing eggs.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Less

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? I can’t eat big portions, although I feel hungry every two hours or so. I can’t remain hungry and start getting acidity/migraine.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? Eggs and stinky food like fish, sea food.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Less, mostly underarms and around neck.
17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Sometimes (once in a week) constipated. Mostly normal.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Very light sleeper, can’t sleep straight, Mostly sleep on sides. Can’t take pillow because of neck and shoulder problem and vertigo

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
For the past few years I feel very less sexual desires

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I think I take a lot of care of my family and friends. I follow my own set of life principles and I generally try to put my family priorities before me. I also am not a people pleaser person.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have not been on any long term medication so far. Occasionally I have only taken for a couple of months some allopathic medicines in the past for my heartbeat. I have taken some homeopathy when I was a young for some general purposes.

Diabetes, Liver cirrhosis, kidney problems, high blood pressure

Hi,

I want you to take the following remedies:

1) PHOSPHORIC ACID. 30C

2) Nat Phos 6X

Dosing procedure: Dissolve 12 tablets in 500ml disposable mineral water bottle, and sip whole day. Finish the water by the night. Refill bottle next day with clean water, put 12 tabs and repeat the process. Shake a bit every time you drink.

Can you describe this problem in detail?

Zady101 last decade
its my heal spur. Since the last one month I have been facing pain in my left foot heel. I cant wear any shoes other than Dr. Scholl's. Its like I have damaged my left foot base specially the heel and the middle area. Anything flat or walking barefoot hurts. The doctor has recommended an X RAY. It might be due to wearing flat shoes or standing for extended hours bare feet. So i looked for a remedy as allopathy again has no cure for this chronic pain. Only some massage and painkillers can help. So I found these remedies in the forum and ordered them.

Google for it to see where it is available.

If you have received the previously ordered Silicea 12X, we will use that for now.

Hi- get the Nat Phos from Vitacost- hylands brand-
or try DKO Naturals for Reckeweg brand ( they

usa companies.

Hi, this is a very generalized list of symptoms that have been put forth for you by Dr.Anita Salunke.

The following are some of the symptoms of anxiety neurosis:
something undesirable or harmful is about to happen (apprehension)
Dry mouth; swallowing difficulty; hoarseness
Sweating
Rapid breathing
palpitations
Twitching
trembling
Muscle tension
Difficulty in concentrating
Dizziness or faintness
Nausea
Diarrhea
weight loss
Sleeplessness
Irritability
Fatigue
Nightmares
Memory problems
lack of Sexual emotions

Stress can be understood as a by-product of these symptoms. If you can largely relate to the symptoms then you should meet an experienced homeopath closely available to you.
