Excema-Facial

I have been suffering from Excema 20 years on and off, but in the last 5 years now spreading different areas of face, chest and neck and getting worse. Heat and sweating increases the need to itch. Face becomes red, itchy and then dry and scaley. Upper lip, cheeks, side of ears, forehead become red, irritated and increase heat. Mental state becomes irritated easily and anxious, because I love to do things physical and stay very active, but when I have a flare up, which seems more current lately, I stay indoors, shy away from people and then I get depressed. I did do the self diagnosis questionaire and it recommended Sulphur. I'm not sure what dosage I should take and potency? Thank you in advance for your advice and appreciate your feedback!

Hi,

I would like to know what kind of allergies did you have before, during the times of Urticaria break-outs? Was it food allergies? Dust Allergies?
Pollen? Cats? Please provide details.

Did anxiety/stress had any role to play in Urticaria breakouts?

.

Hello, and thank you for responding. When I had an outbreak of Urticaria it would flare when I would sweat, exercise, or raise my heart rate and it would go away after a couple of hours and also my inner eye ducts would get so itchy, they would tear and open up like a wound. It was a combinination of allergies to a new puppy and outdoor allergies include different grasses, weeds and dust, dust mites. That was when I had my first experience seeing an allergist. Sweating when exercising, or raising heart rate brought out the urticaria. Did not experience the anxiety and body dealt with stress differently then and excema flared occasionally and at the same areas.

Now, Urticaria is minimal, but when sweating and increase heart rate, excema is at its worst and only on the face, neck and some on the chest. Thank you again in advance for your guidance.
