Dry flaking skin
I have areas on fingers ( the palm side or the inside of my fingers) that become dry and then the skin starts to flake, for the past 4-6 years. These areas are about 1 centimetre or 1/2 inch in diameter. Afterwards the flakedskin becomes sensitive and with open cracks, likes small cuts or incisions.I think it originated from the fact that I used to ride a Vespa scooter. The gloves used to become dirty with petrol/gas, two-srtoke oil and dirt. I believe that this mixture of petrol/gas, two-stroke oil and dirt got underneath my skin when I had a cut/s. This affliction flares up on a regular basis.
At the moment I am using a cream, Aloe, comfrey and tea tree. It seemed to work at first, but as of late it does not seem to work.
Does anyone has a remedy to cure my condition?
