joe de livera need urgent help with old problem

I have been suffering with a problem for the last 13 yrs which is constantly increasing in magnitude. I have read many topics on your forum, in my attempt to find a solution to my problem and am hoping that I would be one of the many people who have benefited from this site, especially from the advice of Mr. Joe. I will describe my problem and history in detail:

Start Problem: woke up in the morning (used to sleep with my head towards the cooler)with a blocked sensation in my ears, first on one side then on the other, (sensation was same as you get when some water gets in you ear). The sensation would temporarily reside after gargling. Complain was ignored by parents. After few days when the problem worsened, Visited a doctor who said there was infection in throat and nostrils were also red. was given actified but that did not help.
Additional symptoms that appeared: heaviness in head, difficulty in concentration, loss of sense for a few seconds suddenly (rarely, not always, like I am falling)
changed a few doctors.
Relief received from the medicines of a doctor who diagnosed tonsils. He gave anti allergic and antibiotics, and swelling subsiding medicines. The problem reoccured as soon as the medicines stopped.
Thereafter have taken medications of numerous allopathic, homeopathic and aurvedic doctors but no permanent relief was resulted, meanwhile the problem went on increasing.
Additonla symptoms: Swelling on entire face, pain in jaw on both sides near the ear, difficulty in opening my mouth,swollen nose (may be sinus). One homeopathic doctor had suggested noticed that the tounge is coated (white and a bitt creamish in colour)and that the prolem could be gastric.
I had a soft drink and severe belching started immediately, with numbness and stiffness in face and neck and back of face, tingling or burning sensation on these parts anxiety, restlessness, lack of energy, tiredness, pain in ankle and toes (sometimes). I sometimes still feel hot and like I have fever when I touch my hand, but the temperature would come normal.I have cold feet and hands. I feel the problem aggrevating when direct air from fan or ac or cooler comes to my face. Belching starts in the month of april may and would continue all through the monsoons. Relief comes only after heavy antacids.The belching would continue for hours resulting in pain in my back. The medication given by doctors resulted in severe buring sensation in the stomach as well. I had undergone all sorts of test but all came negative. I have been checked for stomach ulcers as well, for ent and hearing test but all are negative.
A doctor then treated me for hyperacidity and sinus which resulted in great relief to me. Initially I would vomit after eating anything and only huge amount of transparent liquid would come out in vomit. As the treatment continued I received great relief, but then again as soon as the medicines stopped the problem surfaced again with constantly increase in magnitute. Since I had been on heavy allopathic medications for long now (8-10 years)I again turned to homeopathic and ayurvedic, but not much relief received. I donot have records of homeopathic treatment received as the doctors here do not give the same.I have also been treated for allergic rhintus by a doctor( for this problem only). Recently (since last 2-3 months) the problem took a new turn when I started having breathing problems, especially while eating I would feel like I am out of breath and would have to stop chewing and taking in air from mouth, I start feeling out of breath while talking, then suddenly palpitation started with occassional difficulty in breathing which resided as soon as I ate something or took vital. I still have coated tounge, feel heart burn, and buring sensation all over my back and neck and face, all the other symptoms I described above, soar throat, difficulty in swallowing, feel constant urge to swallow, every day while gargling a lot of acid is throwen out by the body (stick, thick colourless or yellowish liquid), nose gets blocked especially during night while sleeping, constipation etc
Even now When I did not get much relief from allopathic medicines and no doctor could even pinpoint on what the problem was (other than the doctor who treated my for hyperacidity) I started searching on the net. I came across articles and problems of people suffering with the same problem/symptoms and was described as Acid reflux. Many have received relief from the medication given by you Joe of Nat Phos 6x.
I want to know whether I too have Acid Reflux/ or GERD. Whether my suymptoms indicate towards this? what medication can I take and in what dose?
If not, then what do I suffer from and what medication should I take.
Please Please help.
