peripheral vascular disease

My grandfather, 72yrs, old is being treated for Peripheral Vascular Disease for the past 45 days. It started with severe inflammation on the right ankle. Incidentally, the right hip joint was replaced following a fracture due to a fall. The surgeon had made two cuts to drain out pus from the swollen right ankle. The wounds thus produced while removing the pus (inflammed ankle) have NOT been healed for the last 25 days. Blood sugar levels are 250-300 fasting, and 300-400 PP.None of the attempts by General Physicians/Diabetologists to control Blood sugar levels have been successful. One wound is fully reddish while the other one is partially red with a pale yellow ring alround. The doctors have planned a skin drafting procedure and evaluating blood circulation in the region and presence of any bacteria.
At present, we are using ARS ALB 200C, MERC SOL 200C, SULPHUR 200C in cyclic order (only one dose of one the three remedies per day).
We added R40, R63 two doses each per day. Gunpower 6 (Liquid Dilution) 5 drops twice daily.
Please review the course of remedies and advise further course of action.
Best Regards
