worms

Hello Everyone, I need some help..
My son has a 'relatively' compromised immune system and I think now he has worms, particularly I've noticed one little threadlike creature wriggling in his poo a few days ago, but he has no anal itch at all. Although he had a few months ago but not at night. What he has now is mild and not constant umbilical pain (a few times every day, already for 10 days), paleness around the mouth, bad breath, and he clears his throat, and bores into his nose to 'fetch the dry mucus'. His appetite is not good, but sometimes ok. His mood is also ok, but it's for 3 weeks that he prefers to stay at home, its cause can be the very warm weather, too. Sometimes I feel he has slight fever.
I give him china (3D) in med solution, and tried Stannum (30C) and Spigelia(4D) before but the navel pain remained, what maybe(?) sometimes is improved with Cina. He eats coconut, garlic, thyme tea, apple and carrot (but little). (Actually I can't decide what's in the poo because I make the morning porridge from flakes with grated coconut.)
He is a muscular type with very strong will, and had glue ear all the winter (and unfortunately once got antibiotic for strep throat) He wants sweets all the time, and sausage or meat, or bread with butter, doesn't like vegetables. He is often very restless (we were moving a lot and he was born with ventouse).
If he doesn't get any better I'm planning to go to the doctor but we can't before thursday afternoon.
Another info is he started school today, and probably will lose his baby teeth soon.
A lot of thanks for any help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give your child
Lycopodium 30c 4 pills or 5 drops 3 times only one day and see how it effects him.

Dear Libra 981, thank you for answeringÂ… However I'm not a big fan of the dry dose because it aggravates, but I did what you suggested. Actually I've given Lycopodium to my son myself before, and now it was quite reasonable, I thinkÂ… Well, I'm not an expert, and I really appreciate your help. I'm very thankful for your time and patience to look into our problem.
At first the navel pain went away for a while and his right leg just above the ankle started aching, which happened a week ago, he didn't want to stand on it, but disappeared. I said wow, something is happening but the navel pain came back (leg pain went away). In the evening after Lyc he didn't mention the navel pain, and slept reactively well, but his enuresis is back (two nights now), surely because of the going-to-school thing.. (He got Tuberculinum 30C in liquid before and the bed-wetting stopped.) Again, I'm not sure about the worms (well, six days ago I definitely saw one) but something is not right.
Still has something in the pharynx and has a nasal voice. In the morning he became quite bossy (like before) after the dose, and went to school reluctantly. He's complaining of a strange pain inside the right cheek, which was the same in winter before the strep throat. Puffy under the eyes. He's become gassy since the evening. Paraumbilical pain is gone so far..
I'd like to say a few words about the mentals if I may. He is intelligent, peevish, inpatient become furious if contradicted, shouts, even swears or hits sometimes, has a very good humour (usually 'better' than should be), and also very sweet and 'attached'. He cannot go to sleep alone, and is afraid of the dark. He doesn't have the patience for 'must-things', and thinks that he governs the world..
What do you think, shall we continue Lyc?
