need to know Syringhydromyelia treatment.

hi there,
my name is irfan,three years ago i been suffered by tuberclosis and spinal meningitis together.i got treatment and recovered from tuberclosis after 12 months medicine course.but because of that other spinal cord meningitis i gradually lost my limbs and back power,and it was become impossible for me to stand and walk,,i did MRI of my spine and head,in which it is diagnosed that i have Syringhydromyelia.and there is no any treatment of that problem instead of doing surgery,,and surgery is very risky weather i will become healthy or i may become paralyse.so now i want to get heomeopathic treatment.i have following symptoms from last one year.
1.extreme stiffness and almost lock in back,,and cant spread my legs when i lie on back.
2..extreme stiffness in thigh,groinand hamstring muscles.
3..extreme stiffness in both knees.and cant streightend my knees.
4..stiffness in whole ribcage.
5..tenderness in stomach muscles.
6..feels and seems like something is present and deposited under my foot soles.
7..the vertical muscle of only the left side of the spine which supports the spine is as stiff like a wood piece is fit along spine till down the hip.
8..stiffness in the base of spine,and cant streightened my back.
9..i cant getup and walk because of spine,back,ribs,thighs and knees extreme stiffness,though i have life in my legs and i can move my legs and all the fingers of my both feets.
10..i dont have hot and cols feelings in my both hands and feets.
