15 month old with wind

Hi my 15 month old got a stomach bug 3 months ago and since has had lots of wind. He used to sleep through the night and I never noticed him to pass any wind. Now he wakes 2-4 times a night with wind and farts all day. I had a stool test done which showed an unknown yeast in the bowel.
I have given probiotics and herbs, garlic and he still has the wind. He had never been sick before this now he's had 3 colds in 3 months. This current cold lasted 3 weeks and he now seems a little congested at night snoring. He's a very happy boy very strong willed. He's teething at the moment so he's been grumpy.
Please help I want my healthy boy back.
