The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I would like advice for clearing my spots.

I am twelve years old, soon to be 13 and am experiencing all the usual hormonal changes. I have dry skin so i use 'simple' moisturiser and 'nivea' moisturising cream ocaisionly or most nights and sleep with it on my spotty areas. I wear make up and try not to when I can and recently got a full fringe wich covers my forehead wich is my most problematic area. My spots are NOT MAJOUR, but are painful and knock my confidence incredibly. I get pussy spots and extremly painful under skin spots on my t- zone (most on my forehead/ eyebrow area) and can get spots on either sides of my nose just below my eyes. I would like to find a homeopathic remedie for this ( perhaps pulsitilla- but would need to know the types and stuff e.g cold and flu, womens health, 6c, 30c, acitone, nux vom?) and would like to know what I should do about the combination i have of dry and spotty skin, perhaps you could suggest a regieme or some easy to get products. Please could you take note that I live in the UK and the only shop i know to go for homeopathic products is a shop called 'Holland and Barret', if you know of any other shops in the UK please feel free to suggest.

Dear Hama.

Google Ainsworths Homeopathic Pharmacy. They have locations and are online also.

I think you should start out with a Homeopathic cell salt. These are mild, safe, and what your body
does not use, you excrete. They work by balancing out the inside of cells, so that your cells then
work optimally.

Get the cell salt called Calc. Sulph and take 4 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day. You can do cell salts
daily for weeks at a time, take a break for a week and then continue. Try these for 5 days and then report
back on here how it is going. If Ainsworths is too far ask the shop you go to where to find these or order them
for you. Also stop using moisturizer creams, they clog your pores up. Get some
Calendula cream at the health store and you can use that instead, it is antiseptic and
healing for the skin.

Thank you for this advice, I'm definetly going to try out the cream you suggested, but about the cell salts- are there ANY side effects and is there any possibillity that they could worson symptons or cause any strange imbalances?

Thanks again.

No, not really. They are simply tiny traces of the mineral in a tablet. What you don't need
you eliminate. Calc Sulph is the cell salt for the type of acne spots you are getting.

You might find you take them for a week and your system is 'balanced' and you don't need them
again.

Cell salts are a sub branch of homeopathy, you can google what they are.

You can report in on here after 5 days and be watched over bc if calc sulph does not work
there are remedies for this also.

Sorry to ask yet another question but i went to my store and they said they could order some in. They asked for the strengh (e.g 6c, 30c ect) but you didnt mention one?

Ask them to order the 'Cell Salt' those are tablets not pills.
Look at cell salts on Ainsworths page so you know what you are asking for.

Get Calc sulph 6x.
