What is your chief complaint? Abdominal Bloating, belching, flatulence, constipation, Hairfall

COLOR OF THE .TONGUE

1.Cracked appearance of the tongue with or without pain, hardening and inflammation.
White coating develops in middle part of the tongue which appears to me while brushing the teeth in morning and I cleans this white coating with tongue cleaner

2. Swollen,numb ,stiff,with pimples on it,white ,furred,.Bitter taste in morning with headache. NO

3.Flabby,resembling a layer of dried clay.Yellow coating at the base/clay colored coating.Taste sour ,soapy. NO

4.Clean red/furred,with headache.Dark red swelling. NO

5.Mapped.Swelling of tongue,appearance,grayish white,dryish,/slimy. YES

6.White/slimy/brownish.Seems as if it would cleave to the roof of the mouth due to dryness NO

Sometimes I feel like water like liquid is flowing down in my right side of abdomen, which starts from the lower ribs at right side. This crawling like feeling disappears after 30-40 seconds.
Feels fullness in middle part of the stomach.

YOUR PAST TURMOILS?
By eyes looks puffy (below the lower lid ) and tired and my office mates usually asks me have you not slept at the night ?
sleeping habits,and any other peculiarity under the sun your body and mind is experiencing which is not normal.
Also instead of taking fat and protein rich diet like meat, eggs, milk, nuts, dry fruits i am not gaining weight and weighs only 63 KG and i am 5'11' tall. Recently i underwent BONE DENSITY check organised my our office management for the employees and i was below the normal range (-2.25) and (normal range is +1 to -1) i was termed as osteopenia, which puts me at greater risk for osteoporosis.

My sleeping posture is lying on the right side and lying down with stomach downwards.

Sorry for the late reply. I have taken all three medicine as prescribed for a week.

1 nux vom 200-- taken once
2 arsenic alb 200-- daily one time in the morning, empty stomach
3 kali mur 6x-- daily thrice.

Mean while i also went for ultrasonography for full abdomen and pelvis. The report was normal.

Your prescribed medicine helped me alot. But still i feels cramp pain some times in right side, some time in left side, sometimes lower right. Means no fixed spot (its not painful but its irritates and forces me to shrink my abdomen inside by holding the breath inside)
Also my stomach becomes big and distended.
My perception is it may be due to partial evacuation of colon.

As i am losing my hair due to these abdominal problems

so doctor please advice me is there something wrong with my digestive system ?
