thyroid problem

my sister-in-law age 53,5ft,diabetic since 1yr,is suffering from thyroid problem for the last one month.test report result is-T3: 3.02,(1.81)
T4:20.20(12.45) TSH :less than
.01 (5.5) kindly suggest suitable remedy .
