Am I okay.. I need help..

I am female, 25 years old, unmarried.
My sufferings are..
1)I feel headache, pain, pressure on my head when i try to do something, i mean anything any work, if i am watching tv or doing rest then its okay.
2) when I smile my face, specially facial skin feels hard and after smiling a little i feel a pain in my cheeks, i feel it hard to smile.
3) don't know how to feel happy, what makes people happy, how to get happy,
4)constant pressure and pain in head, not able to do anything,
I look at things as i am in air and watching things and work pending etc
5)I procrastinate alot
6) I am taking plstalilla 30c from few days for periods problem and may be for procrastination too, the doctor recommended it.
7) My eyes feel hard i mean, the sking around my eyes, feels like it lost its flexibility, my skin looks dull or maybe i feel it.
8)body feels weak inside.
9)everything feels rotating or i feel that my head is heavy when i try to think or do something for example, if i have to set my room i get confused about where to place things and my head gets heavy and then pain and then i lay on bed. thats it.
I don't know what is it all
10)the most disturbing thing nowadays is hair greying, alot of my hair getting white, 10 percent or 20 percent but they are visible.
11)it disturbs me when people try to guess my age, and when they look at my hair they really feel that i am old.
12)I am not confidant, not at all, don't want to face anyone, keep works pending and then try to avoid people,

Please anyone who is looking into all this please keep in mind all the problems specially hair greyiing...
I have very thin hair which fall almost every other month.
