aches on bed

I have been suffering with this peculiar sympton since past 3-4yrs. The whole day i will be busy with my daily chores, but in the evening the moment i lie down on the bed i suddenly start to feel chilly, restless, aches in back, limbs neck shoulders start. I feel weak & just cant get out of bed. My legs, back become stiff & cant lift legs. Sleep sets everything by morning. I feel sore at night wherever touched with hand but heavy pressure gives relief. Family problems turned me into anxious, worried, sad women. When i get hurt with someone my chest feels heavy, squeezed, and hard to breath. I faced so many tensions in life. I always feel like running away somewhere where there's no one there & quite. I relax a lot when i exercise, do yoga etc. Please someone help me to come out of all these problems. Thanks.

I forgot to mention that i had gall stones since 3-4yrs too. Does that have s'thing to do with my body pains? When i went to doctor to chk if i still have them, she said that i don't have to worry since i am not getting any pain at gall bladder when i eat fat etc which used to come before. I had cholestrol 2yrs ago & dont know if i still have. But ever since i was exercising a lot & so i shdn't have any more cholestrol now. I am going to lab tomorrow for diabetes & cholestrol tests. I will let u know the rslts soon.
