Joe De Livera please help me with LPR

Hi Joe,

Briefly here are the symptoms that accompany my LPR

Sore throat: hurts all day except when I wake up in the morning. I constantly clear my throat because of the phlegm that accumulates. My nose runs sometimes. The back of my tongue hurts too. Other symptoms are bad breath, sour taste and belching after meals.

I'm currently on prilosec which is doing nothing for me. I want to stop taking it. Should I slowly wean myself off? The doctor said that once I'm better I should take it every other day for a couple of days and then stop. I would like to stop asap because I'm not seeing a difference.

I was also reading the forums and would like to try Nat Phos 6x and Arnica. Should I take 3 tablets of Nat phos 6x after each meal breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Which measurement would be best for the Arnica 30c,30x or 6x?

I would greatly appreciate your advice

Sincerely Johnerick
