I note that you have prescribed:
'Arnica 30 in wet dose twice daily along with crategus oxy Q 10 drops in two table spoon twice daily'

I would like to remind you that the patient may not be aware of the protocol of making the Wet dose which as you are perhaps aware was pioneered by me and which I have used and prescribed to all my patients since 2005 when I first started to use this Wet dose because I discovered that it was by far more effective than the dry pellets we all used at that time.

I shall copy below the method of making the Wet dose:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

Please follow the following restrictions which are essential to ensure that the remedy prescribed is not antidoted:

Do not use Coffee, Cola beverages, preserved foods like sausages, ham and bacon as they contain Saltpeter.

In the case of this patient who only 40 years of age, I do not recommend the use of Crataegus Q as I feel that if he takes Arnica 30c in the Wet dose he will be OK for LIFE.

I would also recommend the patient takes Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets after each of 2 main meals as it is a remedy that will bring down Cholesterol and Triglycerides within about 2 months to normal levels and is far more effective in the long run than the Statins which are not recommended for use in the long term as they create more problems than they solve.

Thank you for your post.

I would like to emphasize to the patient that he must EXERCISE on a regular daily basis for at least 45 minutes if he wishes to maintain a healthy lifestyle like me. A brisk walk is recommended but he must sweat it out and must also drink at least 3 liters of water daily.
