pregnancy problem

my wife
age : 30 years
weight : 77.5 Kg (last month)
having first pregnancy of 2+ month .

last date of period : 29/June/2013

we have gone through some test and all were fine without any complication.

The main problem which we are facing are:
1) morning Sickness (nausea)and vomiting after having food(any time)
2) weakness and tiredness
3) extreme gastric problem
4) she feels sleepy all the time.
5) can't able to drink milk at night
6) Too much heart Palpitation

please provide us any medicine
for general health and above problem specially heart palpitation .

please look at the below Note as well

NOTE : she has diabetic family history , although her sugar fasting and pp test were normal. as well as earlier (before pregnancy usually during her periods)and some times now she feels some low BP problem.

give her ipecac 30,five pills three times a day aand ferrum phos 6x,5 tablets three times a day and feed back after 4 days.
