Looking old at 19 years age

Assalam-o-Alaikum

Due to over masterbuate for 6 six years,now I am of 19 years age and totally destroyed.Will any homeopathic doctor here can please cure my problems.I am totally totally destroyed want to grow up once again in life.Is it possible.
I'm facing impotency,erection problem,looking old at the age of 19 years only,too much week,memory loss a big problem for me for studies,
Will these problems be solved.If yes then how?Which natural food I mostly use?
Please Please for God sake tell me the solution of these problems specially for memory loss please

Staphysagaria 200. One dose evening time for three days then weekly dose for one month.kali phos 6x 4 tabs three times daily for one month .acid phos 30 evening time for 7days
