Q-potency from C

what would be potency of one dry globule #10 ('poppy seed') of 200C being
dissolved in 50/50 DW+70% eton, final amount of 50ml (calculated by
Korsakoff's method). The volume of solution can be 10-100 ml to round the
calculation.
Is this be approximately some graded Q-potency according to the 6th Organon?
Of course 100 succuss. are mandatory.
Please, clarify this issue.

Q potency is the mother tincture out of which is next 1x and on up.
You cannot go backwards.
