huge stomach like 6 months pregnant

hello: I had a huge stomach for the last several years. people think I'm pregnant. I'm 55. it started when i was much younger and much thinner. Now i weight 182 lbs and am 5' 1'. i also have problems with pain around the belley and acid reflux. i had several abortions as a young teenage and until 28 years old. Have gluten intolerance. had toncils out as child and adenoids. MOst likely milk allergy related. My legs are also fat and double chin and arms sag. I was a gorgeous woman until 38 years old. then hormons changed. i have had menopause for 5 years.
