Lovehandles

After high school I started gaining weight. I work out now 3 days a week for half an hour but I am not seing the results i want. I have lovehandles eww they seem really had to get rid of. Can anyone recommend any excerises I should do to eliminate them?

Try a gym and weight watchers.

Meena, if you search online you can find a lot of information on how to target specific areas of the body. You have to target them side muscles. Also it may be that 30 minutes 3x per week may not be enough. Try to do them for a longer period of time. Also what does your diet consist of? (number of cal intake, etc etc.)
