Sudden increase in gray hair

I have had a few gray hairs for about 13 years. Suddenly, in the last 3-5 months all the hair along my hairline and large clumps on top of my head are coming in gray. I attribute this to stress, since I have been unemployed for 11 months and had a death of a parent.

I am 39, female, 5'4', 150 lbs. In excellent health, but was taking Nat mur for excessive sweating as recommended on here. That has cleared up. THe only meds I take are Zyrtec for allergies and oral contraceptives. I am stressed but not really depressed.

I'd really like a suggestion to st

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hello Daniela.
I would suggest that you take a cure, with Ignatia. Ignatia 200C.

This medication is widely used in such cases where there has been a traumatic event, for example death by family close friends. It also fits very well after Nat muriaticum.

One dose of Ignatia 200C, preferably in the morning.

Parakletos.

Thank you, parakletos. I ordered some today. By one dose, do you mean 4 pellets?

Yes, 4 pellets, or pills are ok.

I took the dose on Monday, and have had a nonstop headache every day since. This may be totally unrelated, but could it be a side effect of the ignatia? I also feel like I am more stressed than before, even though my circumstances are the same. It seems like I'm feeling it more, if that makes sense.

Hello.

Have you had a similar headache before in your life?

Homeopathy has no side effects, but may cause a worsening/aggrevation of symptoms. Forexample: If you have had headaches before, this may come back. However, after a relatively short time disappear again.

How is it now, it is the same or has it gotten better?

Sorry for the delayed response. The headache went away after 5 days. Perhaps it was unrelated. I was wondering if the emotional stuff was bubbling up to the surface so to speak before clearing out. I am feeling better now, but it is basically the same as I was before I took the remedy. I guess now I just have to wait to see if there is any decrease in the grays coming in.

Hello again.
When you say it's basically the same thing, you mean the emotional, or just the physical? Or both?

If this was just a temporary reaction, take one more dose of Ignatia. But wait 3-4 days first, in case the first dose has little more to give.

I meant emotionally I am feeling like I was before the treatment. Not sad, but not happy either. Physically, my hair is colored, so it will take another week to see if there is any change in grays coming in. I suspect though that a change may not be visible yet, e.g. Grays turning back to brown roots or not spreading.I will take another dose.

Hello again.
Please try one more dose of Ignatia 200 C.
You can not expect that the gray hair disappears as if by miracle.
What medicine can do is to stop any further development. Possibly, new hair growth may be normal. But if this is genetic, there is not much that can be done.
